Bhel Puri

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup puffed rice (murmura)
• 1 onion
• ½ cucumber
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• 1 lemon
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1-2 tbsp coriander chutney
• Coriander leaves
• 30gm Pomegranate
• 1 tomato
STEPS
1. First, take a large bowl, and add puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
2. Now add roasted cumin powder, green chili, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt to the bowl.
3. Next, add coriander chutney to the bowl and mix well.
4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate.
Note - If using, add some crispy papdi on top for added texture. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade bhel puri!
