Drumstick Soup

INGREDIENTS
• Drumstick – 1 cut into long pieces, sliced in half
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Garlic – 2 cloves
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – 3tbsp, finely chopped
STEPS
1. Take drumstick in a saucepan, cover with water.
2. Cook till drumstick is done.
3. Cool it down, strain it.
4. Remove the flesh from the drumstick.
5. Reserve the stock and flesh.
6. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onions and garlic and sauté them for a minute.
7. Add drumstick flesh and mix well.
8. Take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
9. Take stock and puree in a saucepan. Add cumin powder, salt and pepper.
10. Bring it to a boil. Remove the scum off. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix well.
11. Serve hot!
